After you make a purchase that's it for good customer service. I purchased a vehicle almost 5 months ago and the service was great, they would call me to help me with the process and were there for everything I needed. However, as soon as I made the purchase that was it! I have been calling every week for the past month to find out the status of a refund they owe me and they always transfer me to a line where no one answers nor returns the voice-mail. Terrible customer service in the service department. I was placed on hold every time I called. They will take your name and number but no one ever calls you back. And the price of the repair is $800 higher than the Toyota Techs in Fort-mill for a knock sensor repair. Ridiculous
