The staff and the Vets are just awesome. Dr. Pearse takes the time to examine my furbabies and takes the time to explain the results and any action plans for the future for the best care of my pets. Highly recommend this place for any pet needs you may have.
We adopted Hobo (formerly “Gizzy”) from Homeless Pets 10 years ago and have been bringing him to Beyond Pets (formerly Town & Country) ever since then. We feel like Hobo is known and loved there, in spite of his “challenging” personality… He receives thoughtful care and understanding. My experience with Beyond Pets Animal Hospital was very poor. I was not properly informed of the risks of my pet's mass removal surgery and she lost ability to move her lower legs. I do not blame the Dr that there were complications with the surgery, I understand that unexpected things can happen but afterwards, it was almost impossible to get in contact with him, the front desk staff would be rude when I would call, and the service I would receive was poor.
