Did an excellent job. Easy to coordinate with. Took the time to explain findings and cautions which was important to me as a first time home buyer. Wrote a very detailed report with pictures and highlights. Highly recommend.

Mike did the inspection on a short notice, which worked for us great. He gave us the inspection reports in a timely manner and the document delivery service was great. Since the house was two story, he could not do the roof inspection on the outside in person. He substituted this with zoomed photos. Mike caught several things in the garage such as some old paint that was fading. He also caught an issue with the furnace and electrical breakers. I cannot say enough about Michael Bucy. Very thorough home inspection and great report. Michael is as nice as they come - I really enjoyed the inspection as much as you could ever enjoy one! He is very knowledgeable about old homes. The home we were buying was built in 1860 so we really needed a good inspection to feel comfortable moving our family into the property. Highly recommend!
