They’re so good to my dogs. They always love on them. Know they’re taken care of and never mistreated.
We boarded our dog at Town & Country for the first time this past weekend. We were nervous because the last time we boarded him with a different boarder, he came home so depressed, wouldn't eat and stayed in his kennel for a couple of days. When we picked him up this morning, we could tell he did great!! He is running around, playing, loving and eating already! He hasn't gone in his kennel once! They did such an amazing job getting to know him and making him feel secure. This is the only place we will use in the future! 5*
We had used this facility several times through the years with no complaints. On the weekend of July 4th 2016 we arrived to pick up our dogs. We found our lab in severe shape. He was severely dehydrated and very weak. We rushed him to the vet where he no longer could walk. He was suffering from a heat stroke. He has since passed away due to the complications of this incident. We are very saddened by this because we had trusted this facility and we're let down tremendously.
