So I purchased a Lincoln Aviator from a salesman named Greg Butler and he was absolutely fantastic, he was patient, responded quickly, efficient and everything i hoped for!!!
To be honest I couldn’t trust the salesmen there. I gave concerns to cars I test drove and they just shoved it off. I actually wanted to buy a car for my business with a credit card but was basically told they wouldn’t do it. Glad they didn’t, I can’t trust them and they’ll do whatever they can to put a vehicle on you no matter what issues it has. Never going back and will tell family and friends never to as well.
I had nothing short of an excellent experience with Bobby at Town and Country Ford! He made a big purchase easy, straight forward, no pressure, and stress free. I let him know what I was looking for and despite them not having it, he found me options at another dealer to trade in hours. We negotiated over the phone, I applied for financing remotely, and paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for future vehicle needs!
Wouldn’t go near this dealership with a 10 ft pole. I received a scratch off mailer. My number matched the winning number supposedly for $2500. Obviously, this seemed like a scam, so I called the dealership directly and asked several times “is this a scam?” and was reportedly told “nope if your mailer has one of the winning numbers just bring it in”. Just watched a TikTok of a girl who had the same mailer with a “winning” number for $2500. She walked away with knock off AirPods. The dealership denies any wrong doing. I’m sur... read more
