Friendly staff.
Town & Country Ford is great to work with especially in the service department. They are prompt, thorough, and professional. They definitely care for the customers and the whole experience. The service manager, Randy Franklin, treats you like family.
They do not stand behind their vehicles. I paid over $40,000 for a truck about 6 months ago. Since buying it, the water pump, starter, transfer case, both batteries and other things went out. The would not let me make an appointment so I dropped it off on a Monday morning and was told it would be looked at by Wednesday but it took them 8 days to even look at it.
