When you buy a $40k truck or car you feel that the absolute least that the dealer could do is provide 2 keys and the lock code to the truck.. when you don’t find out until after you buy the truck that the dealer is too cheap to provide a 2nd key or get the code to your vehicle, that just shows the true character of the dealership. That they wont do the absolute minimum, they’re more worried about making a dollar than providing something that should come with the purchase. So the satisfaction is beyond poor. I've always had a great experience here. Even when they first sold me my car back in 2020, I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Daniel in services. Just the sweetest person I've ever met and helped me tremendously. I wouldn't choose any other Ford dealership to go to, and I drive from Concord to go to Independence.
