This is the WORST dealership service department I have ever encountered and I even bought our newest 25' car from them. If I could take the sale back and start over with a quality dealer I would do it in a sec. They spin, make excuses, waste time, and just keep going round and round. Nothing is straight forward like I get at our other dealership that I use for my ford truck. The guy we have been stuck working with is an absolute dope!! I actually don't think he understands ANYTHING about cars...just keep talking about it and... read more
