Naomi helped our family sell our mothers home. She met me and my sister at the house on the day she came home from her vacation to sigh the contract. We had a few issues with the house and she was on top of everything always keeping me updated. (On a side note she had to deal with the fact her had no water at her home for 2 weeks). Betty & Naomi represented me for the purchase of a property and did an excellent job. Everything closed without issue. I would certainly work with both of them again. They were very professional.
I am disappointed with my experience in working with the owner, Betty Westerlund as she demonstrated a lack of integrity and professionalism during our transaction. She lied about sending in a deposit and then breached the contract that she signed. When my employee called her to discuss the matter, she was very rude and hung up on my employee. I will not be doing any more business with Betty or her brokerage and I would not recommend them.
Betty was absolutely the most incredible realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She’s so pleasant to work with always going the extra mile to help me find the perfect home.
