This has to be probably the worst dentist in the whole Coachella Valley and I want this to close down. They left me with an infection in my mouth. X-rays were unreadable. No call back to let me know why my insurance denied it. I had to call back a whole month later, and I will be putting in lawyers. The girls in the front are so rude. They talk about their personal business. They’re not paying attention about the patient. I’ve been bringing all my 5 girls here for quite some time, the front desk is always accommodating, respectful and always greeting everyone with a smile. The back office always hustles and gets the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Town & Country Dental!
Wisdom teeth extractions, oral surgeon ensured I was in the least amount of pain possible, double checked if sections of my teeth had sensation before cutting. Took out wisdom teeth swiftly and even without me noticing, and precisely took his time with a wisdom tooth that was near a nerve. Currently as of 10/24/24, I have little to no swelling and doing not that bad actually, likely thanks to the surgeon.
