I brought my Tahoe in with a flashing check engine light, hoping for a proper diagnosis and repair estimate. Instead, the dealership refused to even attempt a repair and told me my only options were to replace the entire engine or trade in my vehicle. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with they been rude since day 1 I brought my truck in for service and to get recalls done they first stated they weren’t going to do the recalls unless I buy something and then I told them I was having a knocking sound in the motor they told me it was gonna cost 300 to check all they did was pull the valve cover off on the passenger side and look through with a camera now they want 600 bucks and they did nothing else to the truck they are threatening to charge me 45 a day till the bill is p... read more

My 2021 GMC Yukon (not purchased from this dealer) suddenly knocked off, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Called Sammy at the service department and he was able to get a tow truck out to me in less than 20 minutes and have my SUV fixed by the end of the day (fuel actuator). Cant ask for better, faster service than that.
