I was taken to Hospital by ambulance and had to leave my Vehicle roadside on Saturday 10/28/2023. I called Towmasters that evening and was informed that I would not be able to get my car until Monday morning, and that I would have to pay storage charges which would be incurred daily. There was no hold on the vehicle. I had to pay The towing charge, administration fee and storage charges ($42 per day).
