I was going on a little over a week with extreme back/shoulder pain from throwing wood as I was nervous about getting adjusted due to my recent diagnosis of Costochondritis. Dr Towle was educated on the diagnosis and took precautions to not agitate the cartilage within my chest as I am still healing. He was excellent with cracking my back, and neck and it felt like instant relief. It is now 24 hours post appointment and although I’m a bit sore, I can function much more comfortably! So grateful for him and his help!
