The manager, Buffy (who is not the owner despite what she may claim), was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. I came in intending to dine, but she told one of the employees that I was not allowed to be there. No explanation was given—just a blunt statement that I could not stay. I recently dined at the restaurant at North Shore Towers, and I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional the manager was. There was absolutely no sense of customer service, instead of addressing a simple concern politely, the manager was dismissive and condescending. No matter how close or convenient it is, I will never come back!! A restaurant’s success depends on how it treats its guests, and this one clearly doesn’t care. Manager is extremely rude! She needs to get fired
