Of you find a good landlord you are lucky, I did lived 2 units in this building. The unit facing north are nice and quiet but the unit facing the park are noisy but beautiful. It’s expensive to move in/out and also instead of $20 credit check, it’s about ten times more expensive. Ask for if you decide to move in that what you have to pay, we did pay a bunch. To be honest it’s best to own a unit here than renting it.
