Pros- Location & Large Apartments Cons- Where do I even start? When I first moved in all utilities were included. Premier took over and took that away perk away which is one of the many reasons a lot of tenants chose to leave. The buildings plumbing is horrible and they regularly have sewage back ups. Hot summer day? Don't expect your air conditioning to work. Cold winter day? Don't expect your heat to work either. If it snows on a day that the staff is off they will not plow/shovel. Been here 9 years and it was decent until new ownership. Pretty sure the new owners are trying to get everyone to move out so they can gut it and double the rent. Floods, sewer issues, no A/C, other apartments cooking odors coming into kitchen thru vent which should be pulling air out, other apartments shower steam and shampoo/ soap/crap/cigarettes/ weed odors coming into bathroom vent which should also be pulling air out. The property itself has numerous ongoing issues, including recurring leaks, sewer odors throughout the building, ceiling damage, understaffed maintenance, elevators are constantly down, laundry room dryers SUCK, pest control issue, frequent air conditioning problems and you’re responsible to pay for ALL UTILITIES. Please, please do your homework before moving to this place. Although it's a great location, the management has changed and is sub-par and the residents are treated unfairly in many instances. Think twice about residing in a place where professionalism is scarce and management needs to find their honesty.
