October will make 14yrs that I have been a resident here. I will say this…the maintenance team is outstanding! I have had the pleasure of having Jose Roman handle the work orders completed in my unit. Mr. Roman is a very humble man and definitely a gentleman. We had a bunch of tours this week, but the one with Arianna really stood out. She greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel super welcome right away. She was so helpful and answered most of our questions before we even had to ask. You can tell she knows her stuff, and we’re definitely looking forward to working with her in the future!
