I toured over the weekend. The apartments are very big and come with hardwood. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable for the amenities and overall space. My leasing agent, Ms.Peters, was very inviting and friendly. Even though I totally asked to see every floor plan possible. She knew every resident we encountered by name and even remembered details they shared with her. In a high rise building that is very rare. I was pleasantly pleased and plan on applying here.
Stopped by to explore some options while apartment shopping and spoke with Paris; one of the leasing agents. She was polite and very patient as I had many questions! She was sure to be thorough with her responses; giving quality assurance. My tour felt personalized and gave a real feel of expectation. Paris explained unique parking arrangements and as well as the billing processes for rent and utilities. I walked away feeling like I had all information needed, required and more, to make the best informed decision on moving!
This is a nice place to live with great views and very spacious. You can tell the manager takes pride in the property. Maintenance is timely at resolving any issues. I would recommend.
I toured with Parris and you would think she built the apartments. She was able to answer all my questions and was for easy to talk to. Thank you Parris
Johnee Peters is the worst agent I worked with. I need a new apartment and I emailed. It was very specific. I need a garage that I can lock my motorcycles and do you'll have one? And hallelujah there are. So I end up the location and guess what. They only have a open Parking garage!! I guess reading & understanding are not a job qualification. Wasted over 90 mins of my off day!!!!!
