My wife and I lived here for about three years. We initially moved in because it was within our budget at the time, as the rent was relatively low. We lived in Building 4925, where there was always trash outside—not just trash bags, but discarded furniture and all kinds of debris. It was a daily sight, making the community look neglected. Beyond that, the pest issue was unbearable. Mice and cockroaches were a constant problem, no matter what we did.
