Very convenient location right next to campus. Rooms come furnished. You have assigned parking. However: 1) You pay $50/month for parking. Guests are only allowed to stay 1 day/week. I really like living at Tower 5040! The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the amenities make life so much easier. The front office staff is always welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Love the free food!
