I have contacted them by seeing their 5 star reviews. I spoken to receptionist and gave my info that I looking for auto, home, commercial insurances. The receptionist told me that someone will call me from their office. Today also(second time) I called the same person receptionist talked to me and was telling me the same recorded message. I am so pleased with Tower Street Insurance & Risk Management. We just moved our three companies' employee health benefits over to Tower 6/1/25. Christy Scorza and Heather Guarnera were wonderful to work with. They provided all of the information before I could even request it. They gave me deadlines and helped me to meet them.
