Lousy communication and something about their billing and linking invoices between father and son roofing/gutter companies seems crooked. Chad--the gutter guy is an entitled millennial that is unfriendly and abrupt. The woman that answers the phone seems to think she can just hang up on customers and be rude. Mark, the father and owner of Tower Roofing lacks integrity--says one thing, than bills another, and it is almost as if he wants to get into a fight with you about things---a hothead. Tower Roofing installed our wonderful roof 2 years ago & we've have not had a single problem with it. Everyone at Tower was so helpful & patient (we took forever to make up our minds as to the "right" roof for our home) & never once did we feel pressured into making a decision. The job was completed in no time flat, the site was left immaculate, & every concern we had was addressed promptly & professionally & to our total satisfaction.
