I have enjoyed my first year at Tower Regency as a whole, but one specific situation happened to me that showed the staff goes above and beyond. I had an unexpected stay in the hospital and not only did the staff check in on and feed my cat while I was gone, but they also went out of their way to buy her food. They even came to visit me. Then, when mine and several others had ceiling leaks from burst pipes, not only did they quickly fix them, but they gave everyone $10 off rent so that we could wash anything used to stop the... read more
Beverly is awesome, New team members are awesome they get the job done. Overall they did great with these apartments.
This place is awesome. The staff is awesome. Brendan and Adam are awesome maintenance men. Beverly is an amazing property manager
Toured this property today, viewed a very spacious 2 bedroom, the one i saw has an application on it, but it gave me a chance to see what the apartments look like. Beautiful! new appliances new cabinets new floors and new bathroom. The apartment community was quiet, but had a friendly atmosphere. Made me think of the tv show "Cheers" everybody knows your name. the buildings were clean. Met the maintenance crew they are busy bees but took the time to say hello. Tower Regency is a spacious and luxurious style apartment all totally upgraded. The resident manager is amazing totally on point absolutely amazing
