Just spoke with Ron, owner and broker, after attempting 6 times to speak with someone. All options except for the property owner line direct to a voicemail. I’m an attempt to explain my situation and barriers to a current issue- he was immediately combative and rude. I explained my phone may have a lag and he threatened to hang up because “I kept talking over him”. I believe my issue will be resolved however, I am disappointed in the tone of the owner and the inaccessibility of the staff.
I really dont have anything positive to say regarding renting from this company.
