This establishment does not make you feel welcome at all. I was very happy going to my other place. But only came here so my new oncologist could access my records. I have been here twice and not been impressed at all. It takes forever for your appointment. Better bring a book or ipad. The staff do not act happy to be there at all. It takes forever to get my results even it doctor says, let patient know immediately. Which I don't expect right then and there. But a week or more, is not immediately. This place is TERRIBLE! NO customer concern, you will WAIT FOREVER whether on the phone or in their office. The phone system is the WORST! Can't get to the people you need and you will hold endlessly listening to nonsense recorded messages and apologies.

Got a call at 4pm the night before my early morning appointment for a CT to tell me that the authorization hasn’t gone through and I can either reschedule or pay out of pocket. After sifting through the confusing information I was given and trying to wrap my mind around how this could even happen, I learned that I can contact my doctor and provide a number and case number so that the authorization can go through. It is impossible to make a appointment for test ordered by your Doctor.when you call to get an appointment they put you on hold for hours at a time and nobody answers.they don't deserve one star.I go to the one on N.Habana Ave.I have been trying over 2weeks trying to get appointment.

It is impossible to get a hold of Tower. It is a nightmare!!!!! My poor 92 year old mother cannot get through and she is home all day to wait on hold. Terrible. Also, I have had the same problem so I thought maybe if I hit Spanish I might get through and lo and behold I got through.

Tower was the best Radiology center, but after TGH took over, the service has declined so much. Scheduling is basically impossible. They don’t answer the phone. I spent one and a half hour yesterday on hold trying to schedule a CT and nobody answered. I have been on the phone today for 40 minutes and no answer either. What a joke, I don’t understand their way of doing business. TGH has such a poor and inefficient service delivery that has downgraded Tower to the floor.

Had an appointment for 5-20 23. Everything was on schedule and confirmed. It was for a pelvic, so had to drink 32 ounces of water and hold it. I get there and was told the tech cancelled it. No one told me. I am so pi_ _ _ d. No pun intended !

I am very disappointed about this place they are unprofessional. They don't see to care about the patients. .First appointment they did not see me because the schedule me on a time that the technician was not available in the afternoon. Not well organized. My second rescheduled apt I waited for almost 2 hours just to inform me that they didn't bother to request my films. After I have signed an release. The manager at the Sun City location is evil. Very aggressive, arrogant, rude, and loves to push her woke ideology on patients. I will never use tower again. I much prefer Simon Med much better. People are far more friendly. Less wait time. Tower makes you wait for hrs for an X-ray. Forget that.
