The manager at the Sun City location is evil. Very aggressive, arrogant, rude, and loves to push her woke ideology on patients. I will never use tower again. I much prefer Simon Med much better. People are far more friendly. Less wait time. Tower makes you wait for hrs for an X-ray. Forget that.
How they have such great reviews is beyond me. Took over an hour after my appointment to be seen only to have to wait another hour for the disc. What a crock. Inefficient is not the word. Incompetent better describes this place
Today I thought I was scheduled for a mammogram. When I arrived and discovered that my appointment did not go through online, the most competent, professional workers took over to assist me with highly skilled endeavors. Gloria, Menet and Stacie were so kind and understanding with what certainly was my mistake in my efforts to schedule the appointment. They were even able to take me within thirty minutes for the appointment. I highly appreciate their efforts to enable me to receive my necessary treatment Vallie Cosper
