Great Location.. pretty much ends there though... You are getting a discount quality apartment at a premium price. Everything is either extremely old or recently replaced using the cheapest materials that could be sourced. Our "new" hardwood floor was coming apart within months. We had multiple sewer leaks. One was ignored for over 2 weeks (my gf and I had to move in with my parents for half a month). Don't get me started with the utilities. Honestly, I had an incredible experience at Tower Press. Dave and Karen were extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish. CJ was prompt and professional with anything that needed immediate attention. I was in love with my space, and the location of the building. Blessed to have been a part of the Tower Press family for the first two years of my marriage, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again <3

I lived in Tower Press for four years and only after leaving did I realize how much we put up with. There is no emergency line for maintenance related issues. If you accidentally locked yourself out or had a plumbing issue at 5am (like me) you will not be able to get a hold of anyone. Dave gives the tour, which I assume is intentional, but Karen is the only person you will deal with after you move in. She is rude and disrespectful when she speaks to you and I once caught her standing outside/listening in to my neighbors apar... read more

I loved living here SO much, I moved back! after 14 years away! Karen and Dave have been wonderful in the 20+ years I've known them, and in coming back, I felt like I was returning Home. The landlords also couldn't be more safety conscious - downtown living is always going to have the "quirks" OF downtown living - management routinely organizes and attends committees/meetings JUST to better care for/improve our safety. We have gates and cameras and any (very rare) issues are taken care of immediately. Security is certainly A... read more
