I just recently rented a unit at Tower Point. Not only were they at a better price point than the storage unit I was at, the facility was extremely clean- easy to access, and the staff got me set up quick.

I’ve been a tenant here for nearly three years and have never had an issue until today. This morning around 10 AM, I called to resolve a declined payment that was caused by a wrong PIN number—I recently got a new card and didn’t realize the PIN had changed. I called in a polite and upbeat tone, simply trying to fix the issue. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. Rented out a unit here and had a great experience! Brooke was very responsive via email and also very kind when I went to their office. I was between houses due to the apartment contracts being complicated, and I needed a storage unit to store my belongings while I stayed at a friend's house. They were very understanding of the situation and flexible enough to adjust my starting/end dates accordingly. I would definitely recommend them!
