We bought my wedding and engagement rings here and have bought many other pieces since then. I've had posts replaced on earrings, rings resized, had a bracelet clasp fixed and have found unique items that I never would have found elsewhere. We absolutely love Tower and the sweet ladies that work there.
What a great place to buy awesome jewelry for a great price. I've bought jewelry and watches here for years and always got a great price and a quality product. I'd like to rate this place much higher, I really would but all the reviews are correct. They never call anyone back, seem to be disorganized and clueless most of the time. It is amazing that they stay in business. When you go there, they are very nice and helpful but seem to be in total disarray and scrambling. These ladies are awful at customer service! We have had to get after them for months on getting a verification for a diamond ring! Seriously?! Guess what...it's 2.5 months and we've still gotten the run around with lame excuses!! Don't go here! Try Malak Jewelers at the Arboretum...they are super nice and professional and also gave me a much better deal when I brought some gold jewelry in to sell.
I had a ring for my wife on layaway. I lost my job and missed a payment so, I have bought other pieces from this place, I called and the girl who answered could not find my layaway but said she would check on it and call me back. She never called me back, the best part is my wife in the past spent a pretty good amount of money there and brought in lots of people to buy from Tower Place and she is friends with the owner and they still would not call me back, what class, great management!!!! Avoid this place!!!!
