My mother has been a resident for well over 20 years. I too used to reside there when we moved in after my father’s passing. She loves it there and doesn’t need to move into a senior community, but now that she is elderly the new management, which has changed over several times, has been out pricing her out of her unit without any significant upgrades to the units. Pure greed. It’s shameful. Always a move in special but how about a special for those long term tenants who make it a community.
The worst apparement complex you can imagine. I came to the leasing office to report that there was a live rat trapped inside the bathtub of my apartment and to request assistance. During our conversation, Armisha called me a liar and stated that she would not do anything regarding my request and would not respond to my concerns. This complex is under new ownership and management, as is Four Towers. They have been combined and are now Vantage Pointe West. The property was recently purchased and is in the process of being redone. When I say redone, I mean completely! When a unit gets remodeled, they are updating everything. New dishwasher, stove, fridge, range hood with exhaust, flooring and carpet, fixtures, sinks, toilets, countertops, installing additional cabinets, new windows and patio doors, and more. Four Towers/ Tower Place Apts: DO NOT RENT HERE. not really a gated community. people walk through the brakes in the fences all the time, they hired security but it doesnt help much because half the time, they sit up front in their trucks and guard shack (which used to be a community rec center for the tenants) and watch movies. maintenance used to be amazingly responsive... up till the beginning of this year...until CMC fired the main crew to save themselves a penny. maintenance is a HUGE issue now, it took them 2 weeks to ... read more
