Dr Cortez and her office people over charge, also they do procedures the do not need to be done. Terrible experience, I had terrible pain in my tooth, she put a crown, I went to see another Dentist and I was told not needed. They changed the name and now are at 6325 Babcock Rd San Antonio, TX 78240, I will not recommended to any one. I was not able to eat after a visit to her office and she want to do a new crown and all it was wrong with the crown needed to be reduce.
terrible nightmare – everything went perfect -apparently good service-..they gave me an estimate of thousands of dollars and they charged my credit card(care credit) before that they got my service done;i changed my mind to go with another doctor and theytold me that that wasn't possible,because they already charged the money to my credit card.
Billing issue – I agree that Dr.Cortez is great but I had a similar issue with billing. It has been a nightmare for me.
Terrible Customer Service – Dr. Sandra Cortez is a kind and compassionate dentist; her receptionist, Samantha, is absolutely horrendous. I had a billing dispute, and Samantha never returned any of my phone calls, even though she promised me she or Dr. Cortez would call me back. I went back and forth for 3 weeks with Samantha trying to resolve a simple dispute. I would not recommend this office due to the customer service provided. Dr. Cortez truly needs to rethink about who is handling the front end of her business.
