This is the second time we've used Tower Moving, and just like the first time it was great. Everything was very organized and clear, and the three movers on the day did an amazing job - we had a lot of challenges and they took it in their stride and found the humor in the situation which was awesome. We'll definitely be using Tower Moving in the future if needed again. Update: third move from Toronto to London went very smoothly, we had another great experience with the team!
We had a great experience with Tower Moving. The staff are professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. When unavoidable issues came up (closing day changed, keys took longer to get than anticipated) the team was able to adapt with kindness and ease. Highly recommended for your move!
I’ve dealt with a number of moving companies in my time and have to say I wasn’t expecting the level of helpfulness, flexibility, and friendliness I experienced from this team. Matt (my main contact) bent over backwards to make things work for us, and the movers themselves were patient, careful, and went above and beyond (thank you, Neil and team!).
