I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tower Medical Group. This was my very first MRI, and I was already nervous going in—but the staff made it significantly worse. The woman assisting me was completely unprofessional. She rushed me through the entire process, didn’t explain anything, and showed no understanding of how anxious a patient might feel in that situation. The doctor is okay once you can see him, but if you need to get a prescription filled or have a question, his nurse will NOT call you back - no matter how many times you call. Even the office manager is slow to respond, if at all. The worse care I’ve ever experienced.
Good doctors. Wait time is too long.
The nurses are who you interact with the most, and the nurses here are terrible. They were pretty good six months ago, and great a year ago, so I don't know what happened. But the interactions I've had in the past two to three months have been something most places would be embarrassed of.
