Love the management and its pretty nice here compared to some other trailer parks!
Ever since this place went to new ownership, the rent went way up and there's a ton of new rules on top of all the old ones. There is no difference in the rent, no matter if you've been here 20 years or just moved in, and no matter how big your yard is. Some are huge, while I have a small strip of grass on one side of our house, which you can see in the attached photo (my side is the one that needs mowing).
