We had dinner here. Food was nice but service wasn't to the standards set by this place. When ordered a bottle of wine, we never were offered a taste, the waiter poured wine in the glasses straight away. When ordered coffee (long black) there wasn't any sugar or spoon, no one asked or offered if I need any sugar. Different waiters were coming with the same questions, which was a bit annoying. The perfect little oasis of calm we needed. The amenities, facilities, food and staff were all spectacular. Guy and Sam really made the stay, above and beyond hospitality. We'll be back.
We hosted my sister’s bachelorette lunch at Tower Estate’s restaurant and it was beyond perfect — I can’t wait to actually stay sometime soon! The service from Helen, Brooke and the team was amazing in the lead-up; they were so helpful throughout the planning, and the food was absolutely delicious. The venue itself is stunning - such a gorgeous setting with so many beautiful details. We sat in the courtyard, and had the whole area to ourselves. We loved it and are so excited to go back soon. Couldn't recommend it more!
Beautiful luxury boutique property in the Hunter Valley, the bush setting is peaceful, the accommodation and suites are tastefully decorated, the staff are friendly and professional and breakfast delicious, overall a relaxing getaway.
