Anytime you are hurt, or hurting all you look for is healing . this is my 2nd time here , I can say from the moment I walked in the door until the time I left I felt the staff made me feel like they were helping a family member. From check in to the actual MRI , everything was explained to me ...thank you for a great experience .
I waited 2 hours for a 5 min test. When I questioned they said my appointment wasn't til a certain time but the doctors office call and they told me to come on over. They should had told me that!!!!!!!!!
I almost had unnecessary surgery based on images from Tower Imaging. I saw a surgeon at UAB for 2nd opinion and he said the imaging was low quality and the Radiologist reading the report should not have written that I had an appendicial mass. The Dr had the CT scan repeated at Kirklin Clinic to get a better quality image. No mass. No surgery. The equipment at UAB made Tower Imaging's equipment look like an antique. Don't use this place!
The staff is amazing! Genuine concern and respect was shown.
