This insurance company is very responsive, easy to get hold of and reasonably priced!
Worst home insurance ever. They find always an excuse to not pay. They deny legit claims with excuses like “take it on the builder” or trying to confuse homeowners with reports of hundreds of pages. My roof was severely damaged from the latest hurricane but the adjuster minimized the damage and told me that my roof can be fixed with a couple of hundred dollars and it’s less than my deductible. I’m going to hire a lawyer and shop for home insurance today.
