I recently moved to Tower Hill in Edmonton and had a shocking experience with the building coordinator, McKenzie. After a homeless man broke into the building and shouted slurs at me, she later accused me of knowing him, which is completely false. She even made an offensive, racially charged remark linking me to someone she knew solely because of my ethnicity. This kind of racial profiling is unacceptable. Residents deserve a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment , not discrimination from staff.
