I recently moved to Tower Hill in Edmonton and had a shocking experience with the building coordinator, McKenzie. After a homeless man broke into the building and shouted slurs at me, she later accused me of knowing him, which is completely false. She even made an offensive, racially charged remark linking me to someone she knew solely because of my ethnicity. This kind of racial profiling is unacceptable. Residents deserve a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment , not discrimination from staff.
Naima was very helpful when looking for a new apartment in edmonton. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place!
I had a great experience with the maintenance team, especially Arnel. He was professional, courteous, and efficient in installing the new light fixtures in my bathroom. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the prompt service and the team's dedication to keeping the building well-maintained. Highly recommend their work!
