Lora a great place to live
It used to be a good boardwalk building but now with the new owners and new management things are just not good anymore. Don't even reply to maintenance requests/emails or inquiries.
Extremely disappointed with the management at Tower Hill. The dryer on the second floor has been broken for over a year and a half now. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests and sent numerous emails to both the on-site manager and corporate, but absolutely nothing gets resolved. Instead of fixing the issue, they just play the blame game. Building management claims it's the laundry company's responsibility, and the laundry company insists it's a building maintenance issue. Classic boardwalk building. Guest stalls are never cleared of snow, leaky windows and doors are not serviced for months and months on end, building management is impossible to deal with.
