I had a great experience with Tower Heating, Air & Plumbing. Jacob was my technician, and he was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was completed thoroughly. It's refreshing to work with someone who is both courteous and skilled. I have been doing business with Tower for my 20 years for my HVAC needs. I recently had an issue with a heat pump and had Bobby and Jacob get the issue resolved. Very quick response, very friendly and experience actually started with my call into the office and Harmony getting the process started….highly recommend the Tower team
I don't know how they are service wise but the driver of vehicle 161 likes to cut people off in traffic and driving the left lane when he's not passing anyone
Bobby of tower heating came to do the annual a/c check and was super helpful. He even got water from my outside faucet which I thought was stuck and was very careful of furniture near the attic steps. He was on time, (early in the time "window") and phoned when close - saving me the rest of my day!! The service was a good experience in every way.
Tower Heating and Air has handled our heating and AC maintenance for years and always taken care of us in any emergency. Ozzie came today for the maintenance on the AC and was professional, thoroughly inspected our systems, and explained any adjustments needed to our units. We welcome Ozzie to return !! Highly recommend Tower for maintain and replace your heating and air systems.
