I called in to Tower Heating & Air to get some information about my newly installed BOSCH HVAC which was actually completed by another company. I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. My hot water was leaking and caused my neighbors to have damages, Mo and Austin on y’all’s team were amazing this morning! They came in fixe the issue and explained what happened and that it shouldn’t happen in the future! I highly recommend these guys!! 10/10!
They were prompt and very helpful during the process. I highly recommend them to anyone!
They came out quickly and diagnosed an issue with my heater. The combustion blower had failed. Cost me $99. I’d give them 5 stars for that. The estimate came back at $1894. I questioned the amount and looked up the part. It was about $700 retail price. They told me they reviewed with service mgr and he said it was a standard cost. I sourced oem Trane part for $400 online. It literally took less than 20 minutes to install.
Tower performed my seasonal maintenance last week. Bobby was doing the maintenance and is great. If you’re looking for the best company, skip the big companies and go with Tower
