I met Craig in a local networking group, and when my hot water heater decided to rupture, I rang him up and he was able to get Monroe, Ian, and Juan over to my place in 1 business day. Our water heater was a bit odd, so they had to find a solution that would fit, but they stayed with me and it as the found one, took the old one out, installed the new one (which was a bit more complicated than expected), and now we have hot water again! Thanks Craig, Robert, Monroe, Ian, and Juan!
I had a great experience with Tower Heating and Air, I had a major leak in my house and they were quick to fix the problem.
Austin and Jerry were excellent and made quick work of multiple hose bib replacements for me at Dobbins Hill.

Been trying for 3 weeks after getting my hot water heater replaced, to get an invoice with a breakdown of what exactly I was charged for, and still haven't recieved it. I feel I was way overcharged considering the other quotes I got. The quotes I received from a couple of other companies...companies with more reviews and higher ratings, were $600 less than I was charged by Tower.
