Had a great experience here. Walked in to an empty waiting room (definitely not used to that). They don't have the self check in kiosks here, so walked up to reception. She was nice and loved her nails. Asked what I was there for, and got me checked in. Waited maybe 3mins max before being called back. Forgot the MA's name, but he was also nice. My mom is sick and went to this facility, she is not feeling well at all they diagnosed her with a sinus infection ! And prescribed augmentin which causes her GI issues but refused to give her the zpak which is what she requested cause it works best for her the provider refused ! My mom then asked for a work note so she could stay home the next day cause she really isn’t feeling good and the provider told her no I am sorry you can go to work! This is unacceptable ! This was the most professional wonderful experience I ever had at any Dr. appt. The staff was the best I ever encountered they were spot on with treatment and very thorough . This was the best decision I ever made. I will definitely go here again.
