I'm very critical of organizations, especially today. However, this facility exceeded my expectations. My 92 year old mother-in-law who was visiting from out of the state needed some medical attention. Other local urgent cares in the past had provided very poor service after long waits. At Tower health, Urgent Care in North Coventry, she had the pleasure of being seen by a female physician's assistant who was fabulous. They misdiagnosed my appendicitis saying it was Norovirus. How does that even happen????
Good place nice people
I absolutely LOVE this Urgent Care! Everyone, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, makes you feel so valued and cared for. Ironically enough, the last 2 times my family and I visited this location, it was for a wound that needed to be closed. Fortunately, this appears to be one of many of Dr. Elizabeth Beyer’s talents. Both times, she was able to take great care of both my son and I. More than that, she was compassionate, gentle, kind, and thorough. Thank you, Dr. Beyer and team for all that you do!
