I have had the occasion to visit the Urgent Care 2 times in the last 9 months when I have been to other Urgent Cares ever. All the staff is friendly but the medical staff go above and beyond. They take the time to explain what is happening and follow up with lab results. It is sad that I get a better level of care at the Urgent Care than I get from my PCP. If I could make the Urgent Care my primary, I would do that in a heartbeat.

I'm very critical of organizations, especially today. However, this facility exceeded my expectations. My 92 year old mother-in-law who was visiting from out of the state needed some medical attention. Other local urgent cares in the past had provided very poor service after long waits. At Tower health, Urgent Care in North Coventry, she had the pleasure of being seen by a female physician's assistant who was fabulous.
