Everyone was polite and efficient.
The nurse at our visit was amazing. I had multiple kids who were sick & she was couldn’t have done a better job. Doctor was great also. Put kids at ease, was thorough & efficient. All this was even more impressive as it was 5pm on a Sunday.
Front desk wasn’t that helpful in getting information needed. First woman who saw me was incredibly sweet, the second woman was judgmental and a bit rude. She wouldn’t listen to what I had to tell her about my symptoms. And she blatantly missed diagnosed me. I then got a call a week later about my culture, I was correct and in that time period my condition worsened. Better to drive to Langhorne
Went there to see if I needed stitches in my eyebrow where I got a gash. The doctor didn’t even look closely at it, proclaimed I didn’t need stitches (which was fine) but he didn’t even clean my wound which had been bleeding for a half hour. For a co-pay of $70, he could have looked a tad closer and cleaned up the wound before I left. Waiting so long for a doctor to say very little and do nothing was a disappointment.
