I’ve been to this urgent care several times and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they take good care of you. They even provide stitches if needed, depending on the severity of the cut. Everyone in the back is welcoming and makes the visit as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service. The lady Amy works with me so we got everything handled I really appreciate the service. I will definitely recommend them and be back very soon.
Check-in process was efficient but it´s very strange having to describe your issue to the receptionist with so many people around, so privacy could be improved. I was seen quickly and the staff was very professional.
Went in with headaches that wouldn't go away. I explained my symptoms, they checked my breathing and then said they couldn't do anything and that if I wanted to get checked out further I would need to go to the ER because they can't order scans. $155 bill for them to literally provide zero help.
Been trying to get my dot paper work had to get a note from my doctor about certain medicine and now I have to wait even longer and it's not the state requirement it is theres
