Book a time slot and still waited over an hr. Girl at the front desk was barely present and when she was she was extremely rude.
I’ve been in here for two hours now not busy at all. Came in for a physical and a TB test been here for almost two hours now. Been sitting in this exam room to the point the lights shut off on me while I’ve been in here. Still no one to finish my physical. Insane just went out to ask if I was forgotten about and they’re all just sitting talking while I’m still waiting. That was 5 minutes ago
I was seen right away. Natalie, my provider, was clinically skilled and had great interpersonal skills. Overall, a good visit.
As always, I'm HIGHLY impressed by this place! I can receive WAY MORE CARE at this center than any of the urgent cares in Delaware. Please keep up the great work! The employees are super attentive and take the time to really ask the right questions.
My primary care physician could not schedule an appointment to see me. My specialist ear, nose and throat doc was out of town. I had a horredously bad sore throat and it was getting even worse. I was getting scared. The receptionist at my specialist's office suggested Urgent Care. I had never heard of Urgent Care before. My first visit. Didn't know exactly what to expect.
