The wait was about 40 minutes but to be expected at a walk in clinic. The doctor was really pleasant. I had a blocked ear and she diagnosed it as an infection after an exam. Made me feel releaved it was treatable. The staff called in the Rx. My care was excellent.
The staff is always very kind and caring and I never wait long even when it’s crowded. The nurse that comes in 1 st to take your vitals was very nice & caring. DAY is her name, when I go I look forward to seeing her .
I was able to get an appointment very quickly. When I arrived, I had no wait. The nurse practitioner was in to see me quickly and was very good in addressing my questions and concerns.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long and my issue was resolved. Great place, awesome people
