This business should be ashamed of itself closing 3 hours early at 6PM on a Monday evening, July 24, 2023 and then calling the (Delaware) number again, answered in Parkersburg, PA. Spoke to “Registered Nurse” who apparently was also in Parkersburg, PA who had one excuse after the other as to why my spouse was misinformed calling theHockessin,, DE number not knowing my spouse was speaking to someone in Parkersburg! I was very pleased with my experience. Staff was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.
I have visited Tower Health three times and it has always been a wonderful experience! The staff is excellent and very courteous! So glad they have been there every time I’ve needed them!
Closed way earlier than they’re supposed to be.
