I've been to Tower Health Gilbertsville 3 times,and have had good experiences there.
One evening recently I sliced open a finger while attempting to cut open a watermelon. My son took me to the Gilbertsville Tower Urgent care facility. I want to express how professional, courteous and helpful staff members are at this facility. I was immediately put under the care of Nurse Practitioner Michelle Fleming. It seems like John who does x-rays and was working The front desk is very overwhelmed. He was absolutely disgustingly rude on the phone call. I hope the calls are recorded and you pull the phone calls from today. I hope you know how he speaks to people very often according to the community that I’ve been interacting with based on this experience. Maybe John I’ll have a better day tomorrow .
Went on Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. In and done in 1 1/2 hrs. The rooms are clean, the staff are professional and it appeared to be efficient . They are apparently open 9:00 am to 9:00 pm 365 days a year. The dr was a CRNP and was professional and seemed qualified. Hope to not need it, but thankful to go again here if I do.
