I was there late afternoon Sun. for a wrist injury and was in a great deal of pain. Everyone there was kind and professional, and everything was done quickly including a splint that required 2 staff members. In addition, Amy went above and beyond the next morning to get me online access to my X-rays since my ortho. was not part of Tower’s system and because of my fractured wrist I couldn’t drive back up there to get a CD. Staff were friendly and professional. There was no wait time. Follow up with my physician proved exactly the same treatment. I am very glad they are there. The facility is close and convenient with good hours.
The staff were kind and very compassionate. They worked as a team and were were seen quickly, diagnosed accurately and discharged promptly.
