It was relaxing knowing that Dr V. was my Dr. He make the atmosphere easy to talk with him, always smiling and explaining what he did,and what I could expect. He also told me if I at any time experienced any difficulty please come back. I would return to him if I needed another surgery.

The care of the doctor and nurses was amazing. For my recent surgery, the nurse team called me to ensure everything went according to schedule, from the preparation, to the walkthrough the process and the surgery day everything went impeccable. Including my recovery the day of and the follow up after. They are a group of dedicated professionals, if I ever need care will definitely consider them. Thank you to Dr. Facey and Team, to ensure it all went smoothly. I’m so thankful.

I was told I had to have my gallbladder removed. I had never had a surgery before and I was absolutely terrified. Dr. Facey and the entire team at Phoenixville were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and not scared. They took amazing care of me. I healed well and feel great!

Didn’t explain to me why they chose a drug that conflicted with Ritalin—which I need to do my job—or how bad the conflict was. Doctors contradicted each other. Food was bad (salt your pasta water?), embargoed my NA beer because it seemed too much like real beer even though it’s literally not an alcoholic beverage. Two stars for keeping me from dying but that’s frankly not good enough. One more Star for excellent nurses and non-doctor staff.
