Since Chop took over they have been wonderful to go to. They try to be accommodating to all needs.
Ever since Coventry Pediatrics merged with Tower Health Medical Group the quality of service has plummeted. They don't return calls, it's often long wait times, and the quality of care has diminished!
My son had his 18 yr old appt Scheduled 3 months in advance. The doctor canceled it so that left me having to reschedule it. Front desk informs me that it has to be scheduled with him. Even though he canceled the original appointment, they give me a date and a time that's not available with my work schedule. They then proceed to tell me, I now have to wait till March or April for my son to have a physical for his 18th birthday. My 3 kids have been going there since 2004.
