**Let me start out by saying, I can't wrap my head around any negative reviews. People are quick to blame Drs and negate their own behaviors, IF you act like a pill seeker or demand you're on some very strong med when your CT scan, MRI etc shows evidence a lower level med SHOULD help you, listen to your Dr! They'll include you in your care and work with you unless you're just demanding!! I can't possibly give any more praise to a Dr and to a facility. My Dr is AMAZING! I have seen Carl R. Henkel for months and nothing has been done for my pain. when enough is enough and your stuck in bed cause of the pain your in for weeks and nothing gets done something has to give with the person in pain. 1st he comes in saying im a nurse/practioner sits at his computer and just types, then asks" How is your pain" back typing on computer, "has the medication i gave you helped" back to typing, "ill try this medication and see if it works" and then you wait and wait for the medication and then insurance do... read more

Was greeted at check in with a pleasant smile and cheery hello. I can't say that about Hankle. He didnt say hello upon entering exam room. Just said his name. NO SMILE, NO EYE CONTACT, Alot of what info he had on me was incorrect. Had me down for neckpain which I don't have. Had me seeing a Healthcare person in Philadelphia which I had NEVER seen and I havnt been in Philly for 20+ yrs and hope I never have to. I can't possibly give any more praise to a Dr and to a facility. My Dr is AMAZING! I medicine I've been on almost 2 decades that really wasn't doing anything, switched to a med that works wonders. And the pain management side, dealing with chronic spine problems for 22 years, I've had PT, injections, 3 back surgeries for an implanted neurostimulator....but my Dr here, that's my angel not only in listening, and taking the best possible care of me, the compassion and understanding is the BEST I've ever had in my life. Wish I could do a 0 star to this facility and the Nurse practitioner Carl R. Henkel. I went with my mother there for her pain management therapy or whatever it was and the first issue we had was wait. They put us on a room for almost an hour waiting for the nurse practitioner to come in then after he came in with his unprofessional attitude or should I said another races person in the medical system.
