I can't possibly give any more praise to a Dr and to a facility. My Dr is AMAZING! I medicine I've been on almost 2 decades that really wasn't doing anything, switched to a med that works wonders. And the pain management side, dealing with chronic spine problems for 22 years, I've had PT, injections, 3 back surgeries for an implanted neurostimulator....but my Dr here, that's my angel not only in listening, and taking the best possible care of me, the compassion and understanding is the BEST I've ever had in my life. Wish I could do a 0 star to this facility and the Nurse practitioner Carl R. Henkel. I went with my mother there for her pain management therapy or whatever it was and the first issue we had was wait. They put us on a room for almost an hour waiting for the nurse practitioner to come in then after he came in with his unprofessional attitude or should I said another races person in the medical system. We asked for her medication and he told my mother that he likes to change her medication to some new medication and if the new... read more
Dr.Hankel is the worst doctor i have ever been to. I feel like he does not listen to my concerns. He pushed down on my head and I was in extreme pain for a week. He does not address my pain he just prescribed different muscle relaxers. THAT'S NOT PAIN MANAGEMENT

**** As of 2025 I'm giving the Wyo location a chance. 22 years of chronic pain, shots, failed neurostimulator surgery etc, let's see what options they present me with. 🙏 Will update in June post appointment.
