Dr. Khoshnoodi was well educated in my symptoms and next steps. His bedside manner was top-notch - calming and kind during this uncertain time. While the group (Tower) may have bad reviews, "Dr K" is a gem. (Edit: also posted to Limerick office location where I saw him.)

I called to make an appointment not knowing what time they closed and someone answered the phone with a horrible additude. It was 4:33 they close at 4:30 mind you they could have just not answered. Instead I got scolded for calling past the time they were open then acted like she was doing me a service for answering. Will not be calling back.

In 10/22, Tower health Neuro scheduled me for a 1/5/23 appt. I was told to get a Cervical Spine MRI due to neck/shoulder pain. In the interim, I developed significant lower back pain. At my appt., I was seen by a P.A., and told her of my pain issues (including back). I was curtly dismissed by the P.A. who told me, we can't help you, we don't do backs. I'm beyond fed up with doctors taking little to no effort to actually try to get to the root cause of a problem. I was referred here after I begged my GP for a referral because I had migraines for years that were suddenly getting more severe. I always felt it was due to birth control but countless doctors here have told me otherwise. After a neurologist here said the same thing, I let them try medicine after medicine with awful side effects. All only worked temporarily.
