I have chest pain and difficulty breathing, and this place tells me to go to urgent care because they can't see me for five days. Clearly this place has more patients that it can handle. This is inexcusable. This place clearly literally doesn't care whether its patients live or die.
The doctors and residents are fabulous and spend time listening. The reception staff is also wonderful, friendly and caring. Nursing is compassionate and take time to talk with you. I could not ask for a better medical group for my needs.
This office sucks!
