Don’t come here if you just want a physical. Most insurances you don’t have to pay for a physical and here they will schedule your appointment as a preventative physical and change it once you get there so that it’s not covered by insurance. They claimed that Dr. Chaudry didn’t do physicals on new patient visits but a simple google search on Tower Health shows that doing a physical on a new patient is possible. I like Dr. Johnson, but have little experience with Dr. Weeks. She seems okay. What I don't like is being scolded by the front office for leaving several messages about an issue that is important to me and needs a timely response and action. I am told they will get back to me within three days. I could be dead by then. Here more people. I have a mechanical heart valve, a pacemaker, use a CPAP machine and wear hearing aids. Dr weeks will take her time with you, but that means you might wait at least 40 minutes and still hear her in the next room with her last patient. Sadly can't go here anymore because it's like this everytime.
Dr. Weeks is the best! I switched to Dr. Weeks when my previous doctor gave up on finding out what was wrong with me. I was completely defeated and even in tears because i was so tired of not feeling well and my concerns being dismissed by others for months. Dr. Weeks was so compassionate and truly cared. She assured me we would figure it out. In 1 visit I had answers! I highly recommend Dr. Weeks!!
Good Doctors but reception staff is rude to patients, sometimes they are busy on long phone calls while patients are waiting for appointments or paperwork etc,
