My family and I are greatly appreciative of the care that our Mom received from THAH. This was uncharted territory for us. The staff that tended to her, were amazing. On October 6, 2025, my mother, who was living with dementia, was rushed to the hospital and later transferred to hospice care upon her doctor’s recommendation. It took some time for a room to become available, but once admitted, the social worker carefully explained the steps, handled the paperwork and insurance, and informed us that my mother would likely remain in hospice while awaiting final approval from the hospice doctor. I used THAH for hospice for a family member. There are not enough praises I could give for the way they handled everything during this difficult time. From the moment I got off the phone with the coordinator I felt everything at ease as it was being handled. The nurses and support were always responsive and went above and beyond anything I could expect. They made the entire process so I could concentrate on my family member’s last days and not stressing about the medical side as they had everything covered for me.

This was our first time dealing with hospice. From the first phone call until the very end, the experience exceeded my expectations. Sherri and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure the process was as easy as possible on us. Not only for the patient (my grandmother) but also for the family.
