Very poor medical clinic all they did was get insurance money Then left me out without helping my son. This place should not be around. You have the worst rating
This was the most awful experience my granddaughter and myself had the staff was horrible never answered the phones unless you left it ring a thousand times never was pleasant or polite when calling to speak to my granddaughter always had attitudes like they didn't want to be there and to top it off they sent me a bill for transporting her home $400 they never gave me the option to get her home I called to speak on it and was told insurance doesn't cover that when I replied I should of been told I would be charged so I could... read more
First I would like to say the nurses, and aides are wonderful. The doctors however are a disgrace. My 78 year old father had a trauma went to Reading Hospital needed to be pumped with fluids had some complications, released to rehab with fluid in his lungs gets RSV and pneumonia at rehab back at Reading hospital been in hospital 2 weeks. Get a call today told he can be released to a nursing home rehab even though procedure we were told would be done if no improvement was not completed.
